Throughout my career I’ve battled imposter Syndrome, that feeling you aren’t good enough, smart enough, or qualified for the job or environment you find yourself in. As it turns out, I’m not alone. In fact, 70% of people struggle with imposter syndrome at some point during their lives.
In this week’s episode, I reveal my personal struggles with imposter syndrome and what I have done to keep it at bay (still a work in progress:) I share the physical and emotional toll it has taken on me, and I offer up the 4-step solution process I still use to conquer my most damaging thoughts. It has not been an easy journey, and you’ll hear some honest recollections of some of my darkest times, and some of my mightiest triumphs.
