Coping with change is something we can all get better at navigating. Neuroscience research teaches us that uncertainty registers in our brain much like an error does. It (the uncertainty) needs to be corrected before we can feel comfortable again, so we’d rather avoid it.
In this episode, we explore the fundamental of loss and how learning to self-regulate with breath practices when things get uncertain can lead us to the liberation that we are seeking.
