How we breathe is how we grieve and to the extent we give ourselves permission to grieve is how fully we actually end up living.
Coping with change is something we can all get better at navigating. Neuroscience research teaches us that uncertainty registers in our brain much like an error does. It (the uncertainty) needs to be corrected before we can feel comfortable again, so we’d rather avoid it.
In this episode, we explore the power of our own breath and how learning to self-regulate with breath practices when things get uncertain can lead us to the liberation that we are seeking.
